Thermodynamics arrived on time, were polite and professional and cleaned up after the installation. Their lead engineer Will explained all our concerns prior to starting work and addressed any questions I had at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend thermodynamics for any heating or renewables work, and I will certainly be using their services in the future.

Thermodynamics installed my air source heat pump and I could not be happier with the result! They were really professional and answered all my questions before the work was carried out. They did a heat loss survey to make sure my radiators and pipework would be suitable for the heat pump and I had a couple of new radiators fitted which were larger than the old ones. The installers were polite and tidy, they even cleaned up each night before they left. The heat pump works seamlessly, it has saved me money compared to the old gas boiler and keeps the house just the right temperature all the time. For anyone who is unsure of heat pumps, I would urge you to call this company and speak to them about your concerns, they are really helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have a good system which works right.

Great team! Came when they said they would, did a fantastic job and were respectful throughout. Ours is a 200 year old stone built cottage and had no central heating whatsoever. The heating is working fantastically well and we love coming home to a warm house. They went above and beyond and maintained great communication. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
